THE SWARM - WATER

Again, a couple more pieces from my artwork for the German TV series 'Der Schwarm' (The Swarm) based on Frank Schätzing's bestseller from 2004. Towards the end the show gets underwater horror vibes so I had to come up with a lot of diffferent ideas for atmospheres underwater. It was kind of difficult because we didn't want to repeat 'The Abyss' though it did get a lot of things right back then. I did so many underwater pieces that at one point I was afraid to become the new 'underwater-concept-artist'. I do think that I'm kind of a specialist in this field, but I gladly accept any projects not involving water at all.
