ARMY OF THIEVES - FIGHT CLUB

This is my artwork for the Netflix film Army of Thieves with Matthias Schweighöfer. The fight club scene was very important to Matthias, because it is set in the very beginning of the film and was supposed to draw the viewer into the dark and interesting side of 'Mr. Nervous Guy' Ludwig Dieter. Up until this point we got to know the dorky nerd who suddenly turns into some kind of superhero when presented to a very specific challenge. The setting, colors and mood were supposed to be very similar to Fincher's Fight Club scenes. The coolness of this movie is obviously timeless and keeps on inspiring to this day.
