1899 - LING YI - KIMONO DESIGN

This is my artwork for 1899. It was my first time working for costume department and I loved it. Shout out to the fantastic Bina Daigeler - it was so much fun working with her.

The Kimono Design was the most challenging thing I ever encountered during costume design. Usually, a kimono like this is painted on after all the parts a put together. To make it appear like that there was a tremendous amount of planning involved.
