THE SWARM - JUNO

This is my artwork for the German TV series 'Der Schwarm' (The Swarm) based on Frank Schätzing's bestseller from 2004. I've been a huge fan of the book so I was very happy when Julian R. Wagner asked me to develop the visual world with him. I produced over 60 concept artworks for the show: set designs, vehicle designs, vfx shots, alien design, etc. I will post most of them here on artstation.
This is the Juno, a ship which gets attacked by the Yrr very early on. It is supposed to be very similar to the hero ship the Thorvaldson.
