ARMY OF THIEVES - SAFECRACKER

This is my artwork for the Netflix film Army of Thieves with Matthias Schweighöfer. Since we wanted to create an actual safecracking film we thought about many different ways to show the actual process. The original plan was to teach the viewer how a lock truely works, which turned out to be a little bit too ambitious. Still, a lot of authentic visuals made it into the movie. I'd love if it can spark some interest and people would want to learn how to lockpick. It is a very satisfying craft.
